Hi children,

It seems a long time since I’ve seen you all and I am missing you a lot.  I hope you are keeping busy and are happy and also keeping safe.  Whilst you are spending so much time at home here are some tips to keep you safe:

  •  Try and limit your screen time.  Make sure you do a variety of activities throughout the day.
  •  Try to eat a healthy balanced diet and drink lots of water.
  •  Ensure you get enough exercise.  You could do the Joe Wicks exercise routine or dance to your favourite music.
  •  Try to get outside in the fresh air with one of your grown-ups every day.
  •  Remember that plugs, wires and light switches are used by adults to keep you safe.
  •  Make sure you are safe in the kitchen and only helping with the supervision of an adult.
  • If you are going to play outside make sure you have asked an adult first.
  •  Only cross the road with an adult.
  •  If you are feeling unwell or worried make sure you tell an adult.  It always makes you feel better if you share your worries with someone.

You are very precious to us all so make sure you stay safe.
