On Friday 11th October, Year 6 enhanced their Literacy, Computing and History curriculum by visiting Manchester Central Library and the National Football Museum to celebrate 65 years since Roy of the Rovers was first published. During the day, Year 6 used their reading skills to read different types of comics and research the football archives to learn about the history of football in the media. They designed their own comics using Book Creator on the iPads and came up with some incredibly creative designs! Please enjoy our photos from this fantastic day!
